How this website handles your information.
This page explains what we collect when you visit medikodi.com or send us a message, why we collect it, and how to ask us about it.
What this page covers
This page describes the public MEDIKODI website operated by Mediqcode Inc. It does not describe how clinical records are handled inside a contracted product deployment. Those terms are set out in each customer agreement and the security documentation supplied during procurement.
Contact requests
When you submit the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, phone number, organisation, what you are interested in and your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the services you asked about.
Please do not send patient records or other sensitive clinical information through this website. If a conversation needs clinical examples, we will agree a secure channel with you first.
Website operation and analytics
Our hosting and delivery providers process technical request information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to serve and protect the website.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics may set cookies and read device and browser information for that purpose. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Service providers
We rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics. Information you submit to the site may be processed by those providers solely to operate these services on our behalf.
Your information and how to reach us
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have information you submitted corrected or deleted, email info@medikodi.com. Include enough context for us to find your enquiry, but do not include sensitive records.
Our website terms describe the scope of the information published on this site.
